Design Rewards – At Home

What is Design Rewards?	Design Rewards is At Home’s loyalty program that lets you earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for $10 Reward Certificates to use on future purchases.
Where is Design Rewards available?	Design Rewards is available as a pilot program in Oklahoma City, Denver, Houston, Tampa–St. Petersburg, St. Louis, and Nashville from March 10, 2026 through September 2026.
How do I sign up for Design Rewards?	You can sign up online or by visiting any At Home store in a participating pilot market and providing your phone number at checkout. Your email address is how purchases, points, and Reward Certificates are tracked.
Is Design Rewards free to join?	Yes. Design Rewards is free to join in participating pilot markets.
How do I earn points?	Base Members earn 4 points for every $1 spent. VIP Members earn 5 points for every $1 spent. Points are earned after discounts are applied, excluding taxes, shipping, fees, and gift cards.
When will my points show up?	Points post once your transaction is completed and may take up to one (1) day to appear in your account.
What happens if I return something?	If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. Partial returns will result in proportional point adjustments.
Why is my points balance negative?	A negative points balance may occur if you return an item after points from that purchase were used to issue a Reward Certificate. The balance will automatically adjust as you earn points on future purchases.
What is a Reward Certificate?	A Reward Certificate is a $10 promotional coupon you receive for every 1,000 points earned and can be used toward qualifying purchases at At Home.
When are Reward Certificates issued?	Reward Certificates are issued once per month. On the 15th of each month, points earned from qualifying purchases made in the previous 30 days are reviewed. If you have earned 1,000 points or more, a $10 Reward Certificate will be issued.
How long are Reward Certificates valid?	Reward Certificates are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.
Where can I use my Reward Certificates?	During the pilot, Reward Certificates can be used only in participating pilot markets, in-store or online through At Home’s official channels.
Can I use more than one Reward Certificate at a time?	Yes. Multiple Reward Certificates may be redeemed in a single transaction unless otherwise stated.
Can I combine Reward Certificates with other offers?	Yes. Reward Certificates can be combined with other promotions unless otherwise noted and are applied after discounts are applied.
What can’t I use Reward Certificates on?	Reward Certificates cannot be used on gift cards, taxes, shipping or fees, charitable or donation-based items, prior purchases, price adjustments, or credit card payments.
What happens if I forget to use my Reward Certificate?	Expired Reward Certificates cannot be reinstated.
What if I lost or deleted my Reward Certificate email?	At Home is not responsible for lost or deleted Reward Certificates, please check your online reward hub for the certificate, or Customer Care may be able to help depending on the situation.
How do I check my points and Reward Certificates?	You can view your points balance and available Reward Certificates in your account profile using the phone number associated with your membership.
What happens after the pilot ends?	Design Rewards is currently being tested in select markets. At Home will share more details about future availability as the pilot progresses.
