Are animals allowed in your stores?

Service animals are permitted in stores under the appropriate control of their handler. Pet dogs are permitted in stores under the direct physical control of an adult owner while the owner is shopping. The pet dog must be harnessed, leashed, or carried and may not be placed in shopping carts or baskets. No other pets are permitted in At Home stores. All dogs must be licensed and vaccinated in accordance with state and local requirements. If a dog is engaged in disruptive behavior, at At Home’s sole discretion, the handler or owner may be asked to remove the dog from the store and return to shop at a later time.
