We're sorry to hear that part of your order is missing. There are three main causes of this issue;
- Your order was fulfilled by more than one store
- Your order was put into multiple boxes
- We made a mistake with your order
To see if your order was fulfilled by more than one store or was split into multiple boxes, head over to your Insider Perks account (go to the top of any of our pages and click on the person icon). Go to the Orders link and look for the order you're missing items from. If your order is being fulfilled by more than one store, you're order will look something like this:
