Can I put an item on hold until I get to the store?

While we're unable to hold items for customers, you can place your order online and choose to pick it up in the store. After the order is placed, we'll send you an email confirming when your order is ready to be picked up; typically within 24 hours and we'll hold your order for you for 4 days. You'll be charged once you pick up your order.

Occasionally, inventory is low and another customer purchased the last item before the store started picking your order. If that happens, you'll receive an email from us letting you know which items are able to be fulfilled.
