My order is marked as delivered but I can't find it

Carriers frequently try to put deliveries in a location where it can't easily be seen and stolen. The order may be on the side of your house, behind a garbage can or piece of furniture, or even obscured by hedges. Carefully check around your property. Occasionally, the carrier will leave the order with a neighbor, so it's good to check with your neighbors, too.

If you've done all of that and still haven't found your order, please contact our Customer Care team here. It's most helpful if you would give us your order number and let us know if your whole order is missing or if it's just certain items.
